the breakfast was good. it had a lot of choices. the location was also convenient. it was a short walk to the city centre. i also appreciated the staff friendliness.
the room was smaller than i expected. the bed was not comfortable. it felt a bit cramped. i also found the bathroom to be quite basic. it needed more hooks for towels.

pancake machine temperature controls
The breakfast had a pancake machine. I thought that was a great feature. The mobility-adapted room met my needs as requested, and it included good temperature controls.
The pillows were not comfortable, even after they were exchanged.

helpful staff clean room thin mattress cold shower
the staff were very helpful in the dining area , and breakfast each day was plentiful. the rooms were also super clean and cozy.
the sofa bed had a very thin mattress , so it was not comfortable. the shower in the morning was cold , even after trying different settings.

water stains limited choice
The staff were professional and family friendly. EVERYTHING was acceptable ,from directions to local attractions to facilities within the hotel.
The bathroom seemed slightly under cleaned. i found a hair on the sink, and there were some water stains on the floor. It was not VERY bad , but not the cleanest i have ever seen. The food menu was also poor and limited , with little choice for dinner.

i stayed in a lovely room. the bed and pillows felt good. the staff members were pleasant. the hotel is not far from the center.
i stayed at this hotel. i did not get information about the hotel's facilities. i was asked for a £30 deposit on my card. this surprised me. it had to be budgeted.

The hotel location allowed easy access to nearby museums. The breakfast included a wide selection of items, very adequate. The room was super clean and featured a spacious bathroom.
